1. Custom Products & Orders
All putting greens sold on My Putt Green are custom-made to order based on specifications provided by you, the customer. By placing an order, you confirm that all dimensions, design choices, and customization details are accurate. My Putt Green is not responsible for errors in customer-provided specifications.
Production begins within 1 business day of order confirmation. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on cancellations and final sale terms.
2. Design Drafts & Approvals
For orders including a custom design draft, we will provide a layout within 1 working day. It is your responsibility to review the draft carefully and confirm accuracy before production. My Putt Green is not liable for discrepancies not identified during the approval stage.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only. My Putt Green is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy for detailed information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design drafts—is the property of My Putt Green and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Putt Green shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
