Your $19.99 sample fee is fully refundable — or credited toward your custom green. Just contact us within 30 days.

📦 Custom Made-to-Order Products

Every My Putt Green is custom-made to your specific dimensions, cup placement, and design choices. Because each piece is built just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage. All sales are final.

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If your custom green arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant shipping damage, we will make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myputtgreen.com with:

• A clear photo of the damaged or defective area
• A photo of the packaging box

✅ We will provide a replacement component, repair kit, or full replacement at no cost to you. No monetary refunds.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once your green enters production (typically within 1 business day), cancellations are no longer possible.

💳 Chargebacks

Please contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in delayed resolution.
