Custom Made-to-Order Products

Every My Putt Green putting green is custom-made to your specific dimensions, cup placement, and design choices. Because each piece is built just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage. All sales are final.

Please double-check all measurements and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our craftsmanship and packaging. If your custom green arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant shipping damage, we will make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myputtgreen.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective area.
  • A photo of the packaging box.

Upon review, we will determine the best solution—whether that is a replacement component, a repair kit, or a full replacement of the affected section—at no cost to you. We do not offer monetary refunds; we will always work to restore your green to its intended quality.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once your green enters production (typically within 1 business day), cancellations are no longer possible.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in delayed resolution.
